The Chairman of Ajara gets acquainted with Ongoing and Completed Projects in Khelvachauri Municipality

 

Sulkhan Tamazashvili, the Chairman of the Government of Ajara got acquainted with the ongoing and completed infrastructural projects in Khelvachauri Municipality.

Currently, an eleven-story building is under construction in the village of Erge, which will provide housing for 121 eco-migrant families.

Additionally, Sulkhan Tamazashvili also introduced with the construction development of a new kindergarten in the village Gantiadi. Up to 200 kids can be housed at the facility. A new kindergarten is also being built in Erge. All new Kindergartens will be constructed in accordance with the contemporary norms. It will be fully adapted for people with disabilities and is expected to be completed by 2026.

Furthermore, reconstruction of Agara Public School has completed in Khelvachauri Municipality. The roof, doors, and windows were all replaced. The building’s facade has been fully renovated with facade tiles, green spaces have been arranged on school grounds, and slope stabilization works were carried out in several areas.
