Sulkhan Tamazashvili meets with ministers, deputy ministers and senior officials

The Chairman of the Autonomous Republic of Ajara, Sulkhan Tamazashvili, held the meeting with ministers, deputy ministers, department heads, and senior officials.

The meeting’s main topics were aims, priorities and strategic direction of the government. Chairman Tamazashvili emphasized the importance of solving existing challenges proactively. He instructed to promote effective communication with people and complete important ongoing projects quickly.

The Chairman emphasized that the fields of education, sports, culture, healthcare and agriculture need systematic development. The Chairman highlighted the importance of putting contemporary strategies into practice and creating new opportunities for the younger generation. Additionally, Finance and Economy sector needs to prioritize attractive investment environment, enhance budget efficiency, and support the entrepreneurial atmosphere.

Chairman Tamazashvili underline that the government is ready for collaborative, team-based work in order to achieve progress and development across all municipalities in the region.
