Sulkhan Tamazashvili Inspects New Sports and Educational Infrastructure in Kobuleti

Sulkhan Tamazashvili, Chairman of the Government of Ajara, inspected newly built and rehabilitated sports infrastructure in Kobuleti Municipality.

A new gym has been constructed on the grounds of the public school in the village of Sachino. The school itself has also been fully rehabilitated as part of the project.

According to Sulkhan Tamazashvili, the development of new sports infrastructure will promote a healthy lifestyle in the region. The gym, which meets modern standards, is fully equipped and includes a grandstand, changing rooms, and bathrooms.

As part of the project, the roof, façade, and interior infrastructure of the school have been renovated. The school has been fully equipped with the necessary inventory, and the surrounding area has also been landscaped.

Maya Khijishvili, Minister of Education and Sports of Ajara; Irakli Tsetskhladze, Mayor of Batumi; and the Chairman of the Kobuleti Municipal Council also attended the site visit.
