Sulkhan Tamazashvili Attends Christmas Liturgy at Iverian Virgin Mary Cathedral in Gvara

Sulkhan Tamazashvili, Chairman of the Government of Ajara, attended the Christmas liturgy at the Iverian Virgin Mary Cathedral in the village of Gvara.

Prior to the solemn service, the Chairman of the Government of Ajara met with Metropolitan Dimitri. During the meeting, Sulkhan Tamazashvili congratulated Orthodox Christians, as well as the bishop and clergy, on the Nativity of Christ.

Members of the Government of Ajara, representatives of local self-government, and members of the Parliament of Georgia also attended the Christmas liturgy.
