Prime Minister of Georgia Irakli Kobakhidze, together with the Chairman of the Government of Ajara, Sulkhan Tamazashvili, visited the renovated Public School No. 7 in Batumi.
The rehabilitation works carried out at the school were introduced to the Prime Minister, the Chairman of the Government of Ajara, and representatives of central and local authorities by the Minister of Education and Sports of Ajara, Maia Khajishvili.
Within the framework of the rehabilitation project of the public school, works were carried out to strengthen the structural part of the building, as well as complete internal rehabilitation of the school.
Classrooms, corridors, bathrooms, library, gymnasium were renovated, an elevator was installed. The surrounding area was also arranged.
The school is designed for 1,300 students. The cost of the project is 5,047,000 GEL.
