Fish and Sea Products Festival held in Batumi

The 2026 Fish and Sea Products Festival was held in Batumi.

Chairman of the Government of Ajara Zurab Pataradze attended the festival together with his family.

Tsotne Ananidze, Chairman of the Supreme Council of Ajara; Denis Salukvadze, Minister of Agriculture and Environmental Protection of Ajara; Giorgi Tsintsadze, Mayor of Batumi; members of the Parliament of Georgia; and representatives of the government of Ajara, Supreme Council, and Batumi city hall attended the festival.

The aim of the festival is to promote fisheries and aquaculture sectors and support local production. As part of the festival programs, guests had an opportunity to attend culinary and gastronomic activities, fishing masterclasses, sports, and educational events.

The festival was supported by the Government of Ajara, the Ministry of Agriculture and Environmental Protection of Ajara, Batumi City Hall, Khelvachauri Cultural Center, and Batumi Boulevard.

Farms, local producers involved in the sale of fish and sea products, restaurants, vocational training colleges, and other organizations participated in the festival.
