Chairman of the Government of Ajara Meets with Georgia’s Deputy Minister of Finance

Sulkhan Tamazashvili met with Mikheil Dundua, Deputy Minister of Finance of Georgia and Tariel Chulukhadze, Director of the Academy of the Ministry of Finance.

During the meeting, attention was focused on the training programme for civil servants by the Academy of the Ministry of Finance. More than 200 civil servants underwent training in various areas at the Batumi branch of the Academy of the Ministry of Finance last year.

The sides emphasised the importance of continuing comparable educational projects that provide access to information and practical experience on a local level.

They also discussed expanding future collaboration and launching joint projects to boost the professional development and institutional skills of public servants in the region.
