Chairman of the Government of Ajara Attends High-Level Event Commemorating Veterans' Day

Zurab Pataradze, Chairman of the Government of the Autonomous Republic of Ajara, attended an official event dedicated to the nation-wide celebration of Veterans' Day.

The occasion was marked by high-level institutional support, with congratulatory addresses delivered to the veterans by the President of Georgia, Mikheil Kavelashvili; Prime Minister Irakli Kobakhidze; Speaker of the Parliament Shalva Papuashvili; and Vice Prime Minister and Minister of Defence Irakli Chikovani. Major General Koba Kobaladze, Director of the State Service of Veterans Affairs, also addressed the esteemed guests. Additionally, a special message of congratulations from His Holiness and Beatitude, the Catholicos-Patriarch of All Georgia, was formally conveyed to the veterans by Archpriest Andria Jagmaidze, Head of the Public Relations Department of the Patriarchate.

The commemorative assembly brought together prominent dignitaries, including senior members of Georgia’s executive and legislative branches, representatives of the diplomatic corps, and military veterans from across the country.
